Exchanges or product returns are accepted, duly accompanied by the invoice and in their original condition and package no later then 14 days after receipt date.
The costs incurred in sending the returned items are the customer's account, excluding error situations in sending any product by Gulashoes.com.
To Portugal and Spain, when an exchange is requested, the referral we will do to your address, will not have additional costs.
For other countries the cost will be equal to the amount paid when the original order was shipped.
In the case of exchange be made by other products with difference of additional prices or
costs in our favor, we ask that the amount be paid by bank transfer or debit / credit card. If this difference is in your favor we will refund by bank transfer or reimbursement to a
debit / credit card that you used for the purchase.
In case of return, sending to our address it should be done by the customer.
Reimbursement of orders returned, will be made by bank transfer or to a debit / credit card that you used for the purchase.
You can cancel your order at any time, up to when your order is shipped, and entitled to reimbursement of all the amounts that have been paid.
If within 48 hours the payment has not been confirmed, your order will be canceled automatically by us.
